Important details about service area, estimates, cleaning scope, recurring cleanings, access, cancellations, payments, and schedule changes.

During online booking, you may see helpful explanations, info icons, and pop-up notes. They are designed to guide you through service selection, optional extras, frequency, estimate, date selection, and final confirmation before you book.

These Booking & Service Notes should be read together with our Terms of Service, Cleaning Scope, and Privacy Policy.

Service Area

Euro Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning services across selected Orange County ZIP codes in California.

Your ZIP code is checked as the first step of online booking. If your ZIP code is not accepted by the booking form, it may be outside our current service area.

If your ZIP code appears in our current coverage list but the booking form does not accept it, please email hello@eurocleanings.com and we will check it.

Service availability may depend on your address, selected service, schedule, and available appointment windows.

Online Estimate

Your online estimate is based on the information submitted during booking.

The estimate may depend on:

  • service type;
  • home size;
  • number of bedrooms and bathrooms;
  • home condition;
  • pets in the home;
  • pet hair, odors, or pet-related stains;
  • cleaning frequency;
  • optional extras;
  • special requests;
  • schedule availability.

You can review your estimated price before choosing a date and confirming your booking.

The online estimate is based on the details provided by the customer. If the actual home condition, home size, access, or requested scope is different from what was submitted, the final price, cleaning time, or service scope may be adjusted.

Choosing the Right Cleaning Type

Please choose the cleaning type that best matches the actual condition of your home and the level of service you need.

If a home has not been cleaned for a long time, has heavy buildup, pet hair, odors, post-construction dust, grease, hard water marks, neglected bathrooms, or a large amount of detailed work, Standard Cleaning may not be enough.

In these cases, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, or additional cleaning time may be required.

If the selected service type does not match the actual home condition or expected scope, Euro Cleaning Service may adjust the final price, cleaning time, or service scope.

What Is Included

Your cleaning includes the service type, home details, frequency, and optional extras selected during online booking.

Services, rooms, areas, tasks, or optional extras not selected during booking may not be included.

Optional extras may include:

  • inside fridge cleaning;
  • inside oven cleaning;
  • bed linens change;
  • wash linens;
  • light organizing;
  • blinds wipe;
  • accessible interior windows;
  • additional rooms or areas;
  • additional tasks outside the selected scope.

If you need a larger scope of work, please select the appropriate service or extras during booking, or confirm the request with Euro Cleaning Service before the work begins.

Final Price or Cleaning Time Changes

The final price, cleaning time, or service scope may change if the actual situation is different from the information submitted during booking.

This may happen if:

  • the home is larger than submitted;
  • the number of rooms or bathrooms is different;
  • the home condition requires more time;
  • the wrong service type was selected;
  • additional areas or tasks are requested;
  • pets were not disclosed during booking;
  • there is extra pet hair, odor, or pet-related staining;
  • access to the home is more difficult than submitted;
  • part of the home has post-construction dust or heavy buildup;
  • the customer requests a scope change on-site;
  • selected extras do not match the actual work required.

If the actual scope or conditions are different from what was submitted during booking, Euro Cleaning Service may adjust the price, cleaning time, or service scope before the work is completed.

Recurring Cleanings & Discounts

Recurring cleaning discounts apply after the first visit and are based on the selected frequency.

Recurring frequency may include:

  • weekly;
  • every 2 weeks;
  • every 4 weeks.

The first visit is usually priced separately because it may require more time, especially if the home has not been cleaned recently, is in difficult condition, or needs a more detailed initial cleaning.

Recurring pricing applies to future visits when the agreed conditions remain consistent: same address, same service scope, same frequency, similar home condition, and the same selected services and optional extras.

If the address, home size, home condition, frequency, extras, or service scope changes, recurring pricing may also change.

If you select recurring service and use a card payment method, a separate recurring payment authorization may be required through the booking platform.

Recurring Schedule & Reschedules

Recurring cleanings stay on the original regular schedule unless Euro Cleaning Service confirms a schedule change with you.

If one recurring visit needs to be moved, we will try to place it in the nearest available opening.

If no nearby opening is available, that visit may be skipped and the next visit may remain on the regular schedule.

Moving one visit does not automatically move the entire future recurring schedule.

For example, if a cleaning is scheduled every 2 weeks but one visit is moved closer to the next regular visit, the next regular visit may still remain on the original schedule.

This helps us maintain schedule availability for our team and other customers.

Different Home or Address

Recurring cleanings are linked to the original service address, home details, selected service, frequency, and approved cleaning scope.

A different home or different address is treated as a separate booking.

A different home requires:

  • a separate booking;
  • a separate estimate;
  • a separate schedule confirmation;
  • a separate scope approval.

A scheduled recurring cleaning for one home cannot be replaced with cleaning a different home without a new booking and confirmation from Euro Cleaning Service.

Scope Changes & Extra Tasks During Service

Our team follows the service scope selected and confirmed during booking.

If the customer wants to add tasks, rooms, areas, or change the original scope, this should be approved through Euro Cleaning Service before the work begins.

Scope changes may include:

  • replacing one area with another;
  • adding extra bathrooms;
  • adding a garage;
  • adding post-construction cleaning;
  • adding heavily soiled areas;
  • adding tasks not selected during booking;
  • requesting extra work outside the original order.

Additional tasks may affect price, cleaning time, team schedule, and the next appointment.

The cleaning team is not authorized to independently change the service scope, accept direct side payments, or negotiate extra work without confirmation from Euro Cleaning Service.

Unapproved extra work may be declined if it affects schedule, price, cleaning time, or the next appointment.

Pets & Safety

If there are pets in the home, please disclose this during booking.

Please let us know if pets will be home during the cleaning, whether any doors should stay closed, whether there are areas we should not enter, and whether there is any risk of a pet escaping or interfering with the work.

Pets may affect cleaning time, service scope, surface condition, pet hair, odors, access to certain areas, and team safety.

If pets were not disclosed during booking but are present in the home or affect the actual scope of work, Euro Cleaning Service may adjust the final price, cleaning time, or service scope.

If a pet prevents safe entry, movement through the home, or completion of the service, part of the service may be limited, rescheduled, or declined.

Home Access Instructions

You do not have to be home during the cleaning if we have clear access instructions.

Please provide any required access details during booking, including:

  • gate codes;
  • door codes;
  • lockbox information;
  • parking notes;
  • entry instructions;
  • pet information;
  • door, access area, and pet safety instructions;
  • special home notes;
  • contact information in case questions come up.

If our team cannot safely access the home or safely complete the service, the appointment may be treated as a lockout or no-access appointment.

In this case, the service may be skipped, rescheduled, partially charged, or may result in a cancellation fee, lockout fee, or trip fee depending on the situation and schedule availability.

Parking

Please provide parking information in advance if it may affect access to the home.

This is especially important for:

  • gated communities;
  • apartments;
  • condos;
  • homes with limited parking;
  • areas with guest parking rules;
  • locations that require a permit or special access.

If our team cannot park or access the property within a reasonable time, this may affect the cleaning time, schedule, or ability to complete the service.

Fragile Items, Valuables & Safety Limitations

Please put away or point out fragile, valuable, unstable, or especially important items before service begins.

These may include:

  • valuable items;
  • documents;
  • cash;
  • jewelry;
  • expensive décor;
  • fragile items;
  • unstable items;
  • items with a high risk of damage.

Our team may not move heavy furniture, large appliances, unstable items, dangerous items, valuables, or items that may be damaged when moved.

If an area requires special tools, ladders, work at height, handling hazardous materials, mold, pests, biological contamination, or other unusual conditions, that work may be limited, declined, or require separate approval.

If an area or item creates a risk of damage, injury, or unsafe work, Euro Cleaning Service may limit that part of the service.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please request cancellations or reschedules as early as possible.

Late cancellations or late reschedules may affect our team schedule and other customers.

Cancellations after 8:00 PM Pacific Time the day before the appointment may result in a $70 cancellation fee.

If this rule changes in the booking system, the rule shown in the booking system or confirmed by Euro Cleaning Service will apply.

Lockouts, No-Access & Unable-to-Service Appointments

A lockout or no-access appointment may occur if our team cannot access the home or cannot safely perform the service for reasons outside of our control.

Examples may include:

  • incorrect access code;
  • missing key;
  • locked gate;
  • missing instructions;
  • customer does not respond;
  • home is unavailable;
  • pet prevents safe entry or service completion;
  • team cannot park;
  • customer denies access;
  • property is not ready for service.

In these cases, the appointment may be skipped, rescheduled, partially charged, or may result in a cancellation fee, lockout fee, or trip fee.

Same-Day Changes

Same-day changes may be limited by schedule availability.

Same-day changes may include:

  • changing the service address;
  • changing the cleaning type;
  • adding additional areas;
  • adding major extras;
  • replacing the previously approved scope;
  • changing the appointment time;
  • access issues;
  • requesting service at a different property.

Euro Cleaning Service will do its best to help when possible, but same-day changes are not guaranteed and may affect price, cleaning time, or the ability to complete the service.

Payment

Payment and billing terms depend on the online booking settings, selected payment method, and confirmed order terms.

Card payments are processed through BookingKoala and Stripe. Euro Cleaning Service LLC does not intentionally collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes on eurocleanings.com.

If Credit/Debit Card is selected, the card may be authorized or charged according to the booking system settings, the payment authorization shown at checkout, and the confirmed order terms.

If Cash/Check is selected and available, payment is due at the time of service unless a different arrangement is confirmed by Euro Cleaning Service.

If the order, scope, extras, schedule, or actual home condition changes, the payment amount may also be adjusted as described in our Terms of Service, Cleaning Scope, and these Booking & Service Notes.

Communication

For pricing and scheduling, we recommend using online booking.

If you have questions before booking, you can email us at hello@eurocleanings.com or text us at (949) 777-6760.

If your question involves ZIP code coverage, access, rescheduling, scope changes, pets, parking, payment, or a special situation, please contact us before the cleaning day.

Email and text messages may be used for transactional and service-related communications, including inquiries, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, access instructions, service details, payment-related notices, customer support, and communications related to active or completed services.

We do not send marketing text messages without separate consent.

If Something Was Missed

If you believe an area or task within the confirmed service scope was missed, please contact Euro Cleaning Service as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after the service is completed.

Please explain what was missed and include photos when possible.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution if the issue relates to the confirmed scope of work.

Requests related to tasks, areas, rooms, or optional extras that were not selected during booking or confirmed before the work began may not be included without additional approval.

Final Note

Euro Cleaning Service works to make service expectations clear before your cleaning day.

Online estimates, booking form guidance, these Booking & Service Notes, our Terms of Service, and our Cleaning Scope are designed to help customers understand pricing, scope, schedule, payment, and important service rules before confirming a booking.
