Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you request an estimate, book a cleaning service, communicate with Euro Cleaning Service LLC, or receive services from us. Please read these Terms together with our Cleaning Scope, Booking & Service Notes, and Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Euro Cleaning Service LLC (“Euro Cleaning Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer or person submitting a booking, request, or payment (“you” or “customer”).
By submitting a booking, confirming an appointment, using our online booking system, requesting service, or receiving service from us, you agree to these Terms, our Cleaning Scope, and our Booking & Service Notes.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is a notice about data practices, not a service contract.
2. Related Service Documents
These Terms are designed to work together with the following documents:
- Cleaning Scope — explains what is included, excluded, limited, or available as an extra service;
- Booking & Service Notes — explains service area, estimates, access, pets, parking, cancellations, rescheduling, lockouts, payment notes, missed items, and other operational rules;
- Privacy Policy — explains our data and privacy practices.
If there is a conflict between a general statement on the website and the more specific language in these Terms, Cleaning Scope, or Booking & Service Notes, the more specific service document will control for that issue.
3. Online Booking and Service Availability
Euro Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning services across selected Orange County, California ZIP codes. Your ZIP code is checked during the online booking process.
Booking availability depends on your address, selected service, home details, frequency, requested date and time, service scope, and our schedule availability.
A booking request is not a guarantee that all requested work can be completed within the estimated time or price if the information submitted is inaccurate, incomplete, or materially different from the actual condition or scope required at the property.
4. Accurate Information Required
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting an estimate or booking a service.
This includes, when applicable:
- service address and ZIP code;
- home size;
- number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms;
- selected service type;
- frequency of service;
- selected extras or add-ons;
- pet information;
- parking information;
- access instructions;
- home condition and special circumstances;
- any notes that may affect time, safety, scope, or pricing.
If the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or different from the actual condition, size, access, or requested scope of the property, the final price, cleaning time, or service scope may be adjusted as described in these Terms, the Cleaning Scope, and the Booking & Service Notes.
5. Estimates, Pricing, and Adjustments
Online prices shown during booking are estimates based on the information you provide and the options you select.
The estimate may depend on service type, home size, number of rooms, home condition, pets, frequency, selected extras, special requests, access, and schedule availability.
The final price, cleaning time, or service scope may be adjusted if:
- the home is larger than submitted;
- the number of rooms or bathrooms is different;
- the actual condition requires more time;
- the wrong service type was selected;
- additional rooms, areas, or tasks are requested;
- pets, pet hair, odors, or pet-related staining were not disclosed or require additional time;
- access, parking, or entry conditions differ from what was submitted;
- the property contains heavy buildup, post-construction dust, grease, hard water marks, neglected areas, or other conditions outside the selected scope;
- selected extras do not match the actual work required;
- the requested work changes before or during the appointment.
We will make reasonable efforts to explain any material adjustment before completing work that materially changes the original estimate or service scope.
6. Service Scope and Optional Extras
Your service includes the service type, home details, frequency, and optional extras selected or confirmed during booking.
Services, rooms, areas, tasks, or optional extras not selected during booking or confirmed before work begins may not be included.
Optional extras may include items such as inside fridge, inside oven, bed linens change, wash linens, light organizing, blinds wipe, accessible interior windows, additional rooms, or other tasks outside the selected scope.
The cleaning team is not authorized to independently negotiate extra work, change the service scope, accept direct side payments, or approve additional tasks without confirmation from Euro Cleaning Service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To help us provide the service safely and efficiently, you agree to:
- provide accurate booking details;
- provide safe and reasonable access to the property;
- provide any gate, building, parking, lockbox, door, pet, or access instructions before service;
- secure pets or provide clear pet instructions;
- remove or identify fragile, valuable, unstable, or high-risk items;
- provide reasonable access to water, electricity, and the areas to be cleaned;
- notify us of hazards, unsafe conditions, or areas we should not enter;
- communicate requested changes before the appointment whenever possible.
If the property is not ready for service, if safe access is not available, or if the actual situation prevents completion of the service, the appointment may be limited, rescheduled, skipped, partially charged, or treated as a no-access or lockout appointment.
8. Home Access, Parking, and Pets
You do not have to be home during the cleaning if we have clear and safe access instructions.
Please provide any gate codes, door codes, lockbox information, parking rules, guest parking requirements, pet information, entry instructions, or special notes before the appointment.
If pets are present, you are responsible for ensuring that pets do not prevent safe entry, safe movement through the home, or completion of the service. If a pet creates a safety concern, risk of escape, or work limitation, part of the service may be limited, rescheduled, or declined.
9. Payment Terms
Payment and billing terms depend on the booking settings, payment method selected, and confirmed order terms.
Card payments are processed through BookingKoala and Stripe. Euro Cleaning Service does not intentionally collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes on eurocleanings.com.
If Credit/Debit Card is selected, you authorize Euro Cleaning Service LLC to collect payment using the card or payment method selected for the booking, subject to the authorization and payment terms disclosed at checkout.
If Cash/Check is selected and available, payment is due at the time of service unless a different arrangement is confirmed by Euro Cleaning Service.
The displayed total is an estimate and may be adjusted only as described in these Terms, the Cleaning Scope, and the Booking & Service Notes.
10. Recurring Service
Recurring service may be available weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks, subject to availability and confirmation.
Recurring discounts apply after the first visit and are based on the selected frequency.
Recurring pricing applies to future visits when the agreed conditions remain consistent, including the same service address, same selected service, same frequency, similar home condition, and same selected services and extras.
If the address, home size, home condition, frequency, selected extras, or service scope changes, recurring pricing may also change.
If you select recurring service and use a card payment method, a separate recurring payment authorization may be required through the booking platform. Future recurring appointments may be charged according to the frequency, recurring visit price, payment method, and terms shown in your booking confirmation and applicable service documents.
If the recurring price changes, Euro Cleaning Service will provide advance notice and obtain any additional approval required before charging a changed card amount.
11. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Skipped Visits
Please request cancellations or reschedules as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
Cancellations after 8:00 PM Pacific Time the day before the appointment may result in a $70 cancellation fee.
If this rule changes in the booking system, the rule shown in the booking system or confirmed by Euro Cleaning Service will apply.
Recurring cleanings stay on the original regular schedule unless Euro Cleaning Service confirms a schedule change with you. Moving one visit does not automatically move the entire future recurring schedule.
If one recurring visit needs to be moved, we will try to place it in the nearest available opening. If no nearby opening is available, that visit may be skipped and the next visit may remain on the regular schedule.
12. Lockouts, No Access, and Unable-to-Service Appointments
A lockout or no-access appointment may occur if our team cannot access the property or safely perform the service for reasons outside our control.
Examples may include:
- incorrect access code;
- missing key;
- locked gate;
- missing instructions;
- customer does not respond;
- home is unavailable;
- pet prevents safe entry or service completion;
- team cannot park;
- customer denies access;
- property is not ready for service.
In these cases, the appointment may be skipped, rescheduled, partially charged, or may result in a cancellation fee, lockout fee, or trip fee, depending on the circumstances and schedule impact.
13. Same-Day Changes
Same-day changes may be limited by schedule availability and may affect price, cleaning time, service scope, or the ability to complete the service.
Same-day changes may include:
- changing the service address;
- changing the cleaning type;
- adding additional areas;
- adding major extras;
- replacing the previously approved scope;
- changing the appointment time;
- resolving access issues;
- requesting service at a different property.
Euro Cleaning Service will do its best to help when possible, but same-day changes are not guaranteed.
14. Service Limitations and Safety
We may limit, decline, or require separate approval for work that involves unsafe, unusually difficult, hazardous, or out-of-scope conditions.
This may include:
- mold, pests, biological contamination, or hazardous materials;
- human or animal waste beyond ordinary residential conditions;
- heavy post-construction conditions not selected or approved in advance;
- work requiring special tools, ladders, or work at height;
- moving heavy furniture, appliances, unstable items, or valuable items;
- areas or items that create a risk of damage, injury, or unsafe work;
- tasks not included in the selected service or Cleaning Scope.
We may also limit service where utilities, water, electricity, lighting, parking, or safe access are not reasonably available.
15. Fragile Items, Valuables, and Pre-Existing Conditions
Please put away or point out fragile, valuable, unstable, sentimental, or especially important items before service begins.
We are not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, unstable items, improperly installed fixtures, loose parts, aged surfaces, weak grout, deteriorated caulking, damaged blinds, old paint, delicate finishes, or items that are unusually fragile or unsafe to clean using ordinary methods.
If an area or item creates a risk of damage or unsafe work, Euro Cleaning Service may limit that part of the service.
16. Missed Items and Service Concerns
If you believe an area or task within the confirmed service scope was missed, please contact Euro Cleaning Service as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after the service is completed.
Please explain what was missed and include photos when possible.
We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution if the issue relates to the confirmed scope of work.
Requests related to tasks, areas, rooms, or optional extras that were not selected during booking or confirmed before the work began may not be included without additional approval.
17. Communications
For pricing and scheduling, we recommend using online booking.

Email and text messages may be used for transactional and service-related communications, including inquiries, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, access instructions, service details, payment-related notices, customer support, and communications related to active or completed services.
We do not send marketing text messages without separate consent.
18. Third-Party Platforms
Our website is built and hosted using Tilda. Online booking is provided through BookingKoala. Card payments are processed through Stripe via BookingKoala.
Third-party platforms may have their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and technical requirements. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their separate policies or practices.
If you leave eurocleanings.com and use BookingKoala, Stripe, Google, Yelp, or another linked service, your use of that service may also be governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy notices.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euro Cleaning Service LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the website, booking process, or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a service-related claim will not exceed the amount paid to Euro Cleaning Service for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, damages, or expenses caused by inaccurate booking information, unsafe property conditions, failure to provide access, undisclosed hazards, unauthorized scope changes, or violation of these Terms, the Cleaning Scope, or Booking & Service Notes.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, pricing practices, booking platform, payment practices, legal requirements, or business operations change.
When we update these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date.
A booking is generally governed by the version of the Terms, Cleaning Scope, and Booking & Service Notes in effect when the booking is submitted, unless a later change is separately agreed to or required by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
