EURO CLEANING SERVICE LLC
Cleaning Scope
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
This Cleaning Scope explains what is generally included, limited, excluded, or available as an optional extra when you book cleaning services with Euro Cleaning Service LLC. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Booking & Service Notes, and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of This Cleaning Scope
This Cleaning Scope helps customers understand what type of work is included in each cleaning service and which tasks may require additional time, optional extras, separate approval, or a different service type.
The exact scope of your cleaning depends on the service type, home details, selected extras, frequency, property condition, access, and information submitted during online booking.
This Cleaning Scope is part of the service documents that apply to bookings with Euro Cleaning Service LLC, together with our Terms of Service and Booking & Service Notes.
2. General Service Approach
Euro Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning services for homes in selected Orange County, California ZIP codes.
Our work is focused on careful home care, clear expectations, respectful service, and practical cleaning routines for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and everyday living spaces.
We do not guarantee that every stain, buildup, odor, mineral deposit, grease mark, hard water mark, scratch, pre-existing condition, or damaged surface can be fully removed. Some areas may require special products, tools, restoration services, repair, replacement, or a separate professional service.
3. Standard Cleaning
Standard Cleaning is designed for regular home upkeep and maintenance when a home is already in reasonably maintained condition.
Standard Cleaning may generally include:
- cleaning accessible kitchen surfaces;
- wiping exterior appliance surfaces;
- cleaning sinks and faucets;
- cleaning countertops and accessible surfaces;
- cleaning bathrooms, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures;
- dusting accessible surfaces;
- vacuuming accessible floors and carpets;
- mopping hard floors;
- emptying regular household trash where accessible;
- general tidying of cleaned areas within the confirmed scope.
Standard Cleaning is not intended for heavy buildup, long-neglected areas, post-construction dust, move-out conditions, excessive grease, excessive pet hair, strong odors, or detailed first-time restoration work.
4. Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning is intended for homes that need more detailed attention than a regular maintenance cleaning. It may be recommended for first visits, homes that have not been cleaned recently, or areas with heavier buildup.
Deep Cleaning may generally include Standard Cleaning tasks plus additional attention to:
- bathroom and kitchen buildup;
- more detailed surface wiping;
- baseboards where accessible;
- cabinet exterior surfaces;
- more detailed dusting of accessible areas;
- doors, handles, and switch plates where accessible;
- more detailed attention to showers, tubs, sinks, and fixtures;
- additional time for areas that need extra care.
Deep Cleaning does not automatically include all optional extras. Items such as inside fridge, inside oven, interior windows, blinds wipe, laundry, or organizing may need to be selected separately during booking or approved before service.
5. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is intended for homes being prepared before moving in or after moving out. The exact scope depends on whether the home is empty, partially furnished, occupied, recently renovated, or in need of additional work.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning may generally include:
- kitchen and bathroom cleaning;
- cleaning accessible surfaces;
- cleaning cabinet exterior surfaces;
- cleaning sinks, fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, and mirrors;
- vacuuming and mopping accessible floors;
- dusting accessible surfaces;
- cleaning doors, handles, and switch plates where accessible;
- general cleaning of empty or accessible rooms within the confirmed scope.
If the home has post-construction dust, heavy debris, trash removal needs, paint residue, adhesive residue, pest issues, mold, biological contamination, or other unusual conditions, the work may be limited, declined, or require separate approval and pricing.
6. Recurring Cleaning
Recurring Cleaning is designed for ongoing maintenance after the first visit. Recurring schedules may include weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks service, subject to availability.
Recurring discounts apply after the first visit and are based on the selected frequency.
Recurring pricing assumes the same service address, same frequency, same selected service, similar home condition, and the same selected services and optional extras.
If the address, home size, home condition, frequency, selected extras, or service scope changes, recurring pricing, cleaning time, or service scope may also change.
7. Optional Extras
Optional extras may be selected during online booking or approved before service when available. Extras may affect the estimated price and cleaning time.
Optional extras may include:
- Inside Fridge — cleaning accessible interior fridge surfaces after the customer removes food or provides clear instructions;
- Inside Oven — cleaning accessible interior oven surfaces, subject to condition and safety limitations;
- Change Bed Linens — replacing bed linens when clean linens are provided and the bed is accessible;
- Wash Bed Linens — washing bed linens when laundry access, time, and customer instructions allow;
- Light Organizing — light organization of small accessible areas, not heavy decluttering or disposal;
- Blinds Wipe — wiping accessible blinds, depending on material, condition, and fragility;
- Interior Windows — cleaning accessible interior window glass where safe and within reach.
Optional extras are not automatically included unless selected during booking or confirmed by Euro Cleaning Service.

9. Safety Limitations
Euro Cleaning Service may limit, decline, or require separate approval for work that creates a safety risk, damage risk, or unusual condition.
This may include:
- work at unsafe heights;
- use of ladders beyond ordinary safe access;
- handling hazardous chemicals, mold, pests, blood, bodily fluids, or biological contamination;
- cleaning broken glass, sharp objects, needles, or dangerous materials;

10. Fragile Items and Valuables
Please put away or point out fragile, valuable, unstable, sentimental, or especially important items before service begins.
These may include cash, jewelry, documents, electronics, collectibles, delicate décor, unstable items, expensive items, or items with a high risk of damage.
Our team may not move heavy furniture, large appliances, unstable items, dangerous items, valuables, or items that may be damaged when moved.
We are not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, deteriorated surfaces, weak grout, old paint, damaged blinds, unstable items, or surfaces that cannot be safely cleaned using ordinary methods.
11. Pets
Please disclose pets during booking and provide any necessary pet instructions before the appointment.
Pets may affect cleaning time, access, surface condition, pet hair, odors, team safety, and the ability to complete the service.
If a pet prevents safe entry, safe movement through the home, or completion of the service, part of the cleaning may be limited, rescheduled, or declined.
12. Access, Parking, and Utilities
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled time.
Please provide gate codes, door codes, lockbox details, parking instructions, concierge instructions, elevator access, pet instructions, and any other access details before service.
If our team cannot access the property, cannot park within a reasonable time, or cannot safely complete the service, the appointment may be skipped, rescheduled, partially charged, or treated as a no-access or lockout appointment.
13. Scope Changes During Service
The cleaning team follows the service scope selected and confirmed during booking.
If you want to add tasks, rooms, areas, or change the original scope, the change should be approved through Euro Cleaning Service before the work begins.
Additional tasks may affect price, cleaning time, team schedule, and the next appointment.
The cleaning team is not authorized to independently negotiate extra work, accept direct side payments, or approve additional tasks without confirmation from Euro Cleaning Service.
14. Estimate, Time, and Scope Adjustments
The online estimate is based on the information provided during booking. The final price, cleaning time, or service scope may change if the actual situation is different from the submitted details.
This may happen if:
- the home is larger than submitted;
- the number of rooms or bathrooms is different;
- the selected service type does not match the actual condition;
- the home condition requires more time;
- additional tasks or areas are requested;
- pets, pet hair, odors, or pet-related stains were not disclosed;
- access, parking, or safety conditions are different from what was submitted;
- selected extras do not match the actual work required.
If the actual scope or conditions are different from what was submitted during booking, Euro Cleaning Service may adjust the price, cleaning time, or service scope before the work is completed.
15. Missed Items and Service Concerns
If you believe an area or task within the confirmed service scope was missed, please contact Euro Cleaning Service as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after the service is completed.
Please explain what was missed and include photos when possible.
We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution if the issue relates to the confirmed scope of work.
Requests related to tasks, areas, rooms, or optional extras that were not selected during booking or confirmed before the work began may not be included without additional approval.
16. Relationship to Booking Documents
This Cleaning Scope works together with our Terms of Service and Booking & Service Notes.
If a specific issue is addressed more clearly in the Booking & Service Notes or Terms of Service, the more specific language will apply to that issue.
By submitting a booking, you may be asked to agree to this Cleaning Scope, the Terms of Service, and the Booking & Service Notes, and to acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Euro Cleaning Service may update this Cleaning Scope when services, booking options, pricing practices, safety rules, legal requirements, or business operations change.
When we update this Cleaning Scope, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date.
A booking is generally governed by the version of the Cleaning Scope in effect when the booking is submitted, unless a later change is separately agreed to or required by law.
