Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to perform the requested service. Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or text message.

C. Payment and Transaction Information

Card payments are processed through BookingKoala and Stripe.

We do not intentionally collect or store your complete payment card number or card security code on eurocleanings.com. Stripe and BookingKoala may process and retain payment credentials in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

We may receive limited payment and transaction information, such as:

  • Payment method;
  • Card brand;
  • Last four digits of a card;
  • Transaction or payment identifier;
  • Authorization or payment status;
  • Amount charged;
  • Refund status;
  • Billing and transaction history.

Where available, you may also be offered the option to pay by cash or check. We may record the selected payment method, amount due, amount received, and payment status.

D. Communications

When you communicate with us, we may collect and retain:

4. Online Booking

Our online booking system is operated using BookingKoala.

When you use the booking page, BookingKoala may collect and process information on our behalf, including your contact information, service address, booking selections, service preferences, account information, communications, and transaction information.

BookingKoala may also process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies on its own website or booking interface. BookingKoala’s processing is also governed by its own privacy notice and platform terms.

We encourage you to review the privacy information displayed on the BookingKoala booking interface before submitting a booking.

5. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed using Stripe through our BookingKoala account.

Payment card information is submitted to and processed by Stripe and BookingKoala. We do not intentionally receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes on our main website.

Stripe and BookingKoala may use personal and transaction information for purposes including:

  • Processing and authorizing payments;
  • Storing a payment method where enabled;
  • Preventing fraud;
  • Verifying transactions;
  • Processing refunds;
  • Maintaining payment records;
  • Complying with legal requirements;

6. Email and Text Message Communications

We currently use email and text messaging for transactional and service-related purposes, including:

We do not currently send marketing SMS campaigns or marketing email newsletters.

If we introduce marketing messages in the future, we will obtain any separate consent required by applicable law and provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe.

By providing a mobile number in connection with an inquiry or booking, you agree that we may send service-related and transactional text messages to that number. Message and data rates may apply.

You may request that we stop sending non-essential text messages by contacting us. Please understand that opting out of text messages may limit our ability to send appointment reminders or other time-sensitive service information. We may continue to communicate through email, telephone, or another appropriate method regarding an active booking, payment, or service obligation.

We do not sell SMS consent information. We do not share a customer’s SMS opt-in or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Our main website may use technologies that are necessary to:

However, no Internet transmission, email, text message, telephone system, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send complete payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or SMS.

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal.

There is not currently a universally accepted standard governing how all websites must respond to legacy Do Not Track signals. Our main website does not currently engage in cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not currently respond differently to legacy Do Not Track signals.

To the extent required by applicable law, we will recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, for practices to which such signals apply.

Third-party websites or services accessed through our website may independently collect information over time and across websites according to their own privacy notices and technology settings.
